That sounds awesome! :) I’d go for tropical birds, maybe a quetzal and some macaws- but maybe some of my followers who have bird tattoos can send some suggestions your way! :D

Its mottled color has nothing to do with whether or not its parents were an albino and a regular peacock/peahen. It's called a piebald peacock, which is a genetic variation that causes the "patchy" color seen on the bird. This also occurs in many other species, including mammals, amphibians, reptiles, and fish.

White Blue Peacock

This bird is a crossbreed between blue and white peacocks. The result is one spectacular creature.
